0 stars. App says to endorse, then denies the check.

First denial says no preprinted address, even though there was. Second denial was a general denial. Worst customer service, if you ever get them to answer. They just keep repeating the same thing over and over.

Rep said check doesn't pass their security protocols but wouldn't allow me to provide further info to assist with approval. Check was endorsed as instructed so I can't use another service or deposit. Rep just kept telling me to contact the issuer to write another check.

I suspect if I had paid the fee, it would pass their "security protocols".

I have read horrible reviews and complaints about Ingo Money dating back to 2018, now I see why. Why does PayPal continue to use this "service"?

Worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I don't know why PayPal has chosen this provider to do their mobile check deposits.

Read the reviews, they are uniformly terrible, the company says your check is accepted then declines it AFTER you void it, making it useless to cash or deposit anywhere else. They decline checks for no reason, including corporate checks and government checks. No customer service, you call and call, but no human ever answers. DO NOT USE them.

Just go to your bank, deposit your check, or use a check cashing service.

You'd get better service at cheaper rates. Because oh yeah -- Not only are they are a horrible company, their fees are outrageously high.

I cashed my check through Ingo and never received my funds I call numerous times only to be informed that it had to be me that linked the card in question to my account yet I had no knowledge of that of that particular card which was totally different from mine account number. I was told several different stories from the company on how this could have happened but I know enough about scams and fraud that this is a inside job that is done by the employee's unfortunately we live in a world where people will harm others for a few dollars although for me it was my first job and my 1st check for 1366.63 now im getting evicted from my resident.

My funds was taken and Ingo refuse to investigate because they find it easier to blame me instead of following the paper trail and transaction I know that your fraud department should be able to find out who linked the account and where it was linked from I shouldn't have to go to the Attorney General or the Consumer Bureau of Investigations to resolve this matter but due to the nature of this matter it has become more about principal than anything else since this is regarding over a thousand dollars I can only hope that I will receive a real response something other than a generated messages. Thank you

Was trying to cash a $2529.45 mobile check from selling my painting to someone in New York, and I signed up for Ingo money they would not cash my check, said, "unfortunately, we can't verify you, we cannot activate your account". I sent my ID, my social security card 3 times and a bill once, so 4 times I sent my info. Went to PayPal last night, The 30th hit on the cash a check, and it denied me Ingo money was the check cashing place PayPal uses, shoot no wonder PayPal denies me for payments in 4, excuse me another pissed consumer input.

Hello. We were approved to cash a check using our PayPal app in Wallet that uses Ingo.

Our check was approved by Ingo and we were instructed to write void on the check in blue or black ink. We did as instructed and took the photo. We got a message back saying the check was not voided properly and our account was on hold. We now have a $500+ check that we cant cash anywhere else because it says void on it.

We both work days and Ive been trying to get through to someone to help me since last night.

If its an issue with image clarity we can retake the photo. There was no option to review the photo taken it was just submitted after the camera clicked.
