Ingo Money - Legal action if my card is not funded
I don't have ingo account but, I were using the Western Union Netspend prepaid app which it have mobile check load that leads to Ingo Money. When I load the check it said approve.
Then it said final step is to write void on the check and take a picture with the word void on the check so the image can be approve and the funds will be on the card. Then when i did the process it said not accepted because the check is 90 days old, but how can that be when it printed on the check issued: May 21, 2017 and void after November 27 , 2017 which that means the check is still valid. I have read the policies and terms before I agreed and it did not say anywhere that if a check is 90 days or more then it will not be accepted.
So the conclusion is that was misleading please fix the problem or I have to take legal action. Thank You
