Ingo Money - Its the worst service ever.
I have an American Express BlueBird Card formor than 4 years and the cashing feature always worked using the android app and now that they switched to InGo Money cashing system it does not work anymore, they say they cannot verify my identity and do not offer a way to resolve it. They have my name, my address, my date of birth, my Social, my phone number...
what else they need... but they do not even ask for anything more and do not offer a way to give them or verify what they need or have. I have money on the BlueBird account and can use it, I have clean credit record, no outstanding bills... what else.
Any person I talked to are just reading the script and do not offer any solution or reasons why it will not work.
More over I am trying to cash the check from my work, not a private personal check, from my work the same work and checks I get and cashed for the last 5 years. What a BS system.
