Ingo Money - Account Review
Besides the immediate and obvious absurd requirements/fees/wait time for check cashing. They have terrible customer service skills, and do not seem to care.
They did a favor for me by suddenly freezing my account,without any notice or information, and when I repeatedly had issues with account, i contact them and am told my account is closed due to some violation. Um ok. I don't Know about everyone but I cash checks generally from the same few people or company. Nothing รญn my routine had changed.
I hated Ingo from the start as I'd never seen such ridiculous fee for cashing a check in real time nor the 10 day wait period. Never had I seen it take more than 3-5 business days... What are they doing with the money for 10 *** days. Im glad im not wasting more time or money with this *** company.
Funny when you google Ingo reviews, only bad stuff pops up. I hope people don't let this company screw them, as it has so obviously screwed me and so many other people and for no good reason. Ingo will crash and burn. It's running itself into the ground and unfortunately it's sometimes people who have struggled through severe hardship financially that feel they have no other choices, but I promise, anything, anything at all...
even if it means driving to a bank or check cashing store,is better,than using Ingo.
Don't let them them take advantage of you and don't let them belittle you. There are much, much better options than Ingo.
