Ingo Money - Appalled
I was able to cash one check from these idiots,. Just one!!!
Just yesterday I tried again to cash a check and actually it was from the same person's check that worked!! And low and behold, got some decline code. I tried again and no good. So then I close the app and reopened it.
Guess what I find,. The freaking creeps closed my account. The message said I was a risk!!! I've got a 785 credit score and never had a problem with these crooks.
They are killing themselves!!! I'm pissed because I was in a pinch and really needed the money accessable!! This is one of those companies that will let you down every time!!!! Awful company!!!
I don't recommend to anyone to try them.
I'll drive 50 miles to a bank instead of ever dealing with a company like this. They suck huge {{Redacted}}!!!!

I agree 100% on don't use this service. I am a netspend customer and had two small checks sitting here and thought I would try..
the first one I did on the 10 day as it was very small, and I didn't want a fee, the 2nd one I did as instant as I wanted to use it online this morning... it went thru and told me to photo with it VOIDED.. I wrote void, took the photo and sent it.. well my mistake, I did the wrong check, the one I first deposited that I had to wait ten days for..
and instead of coming back with an error, they closed my account.. so I lost the little check completely and the larger one, best not be tied up when I take it to the bank.. this was a human error by a first time user.. when I logged in to talk to their customer service this is what I got:

seems a bit harsh no? 08:59 AM not to mention the check I voided had been accepted for deposit and I'm assuming you have reversed now (that one was for 10 days no fee) is not a check I can call and get a redo on, so am out that in addition to not being able to use this service? 09:00 AM The account is now closed 09:01 AM is it an option to reopen or open a new one?
for some reason I am getting the impression here that your not reading the situation 09:03 AM - you cannot use our services again. I personally have never worked with or heard of a business like this, I would stay far away from them, and will look at this as a favor they did me, as I think they will no doubt cause many people much larger problems with their funds than this, I probably got lucky only losing 6.00
