Ingo Money Account Review
Ingo Money Check Deposit Review from Houston, Texas
I was falsely accused by this company of attempting to commit fraud by trying to upload a photocopy of a check to be deposited onto my prepaid debit card. The check I attempted to upload was not only the original check, but 100% legitimate.
Furthermore, they offer absolutely no way to redeem myself of these allegations. To them, I am and always will be someone attempting to commit fraud. I didn't, and i don't appreciate them treating me like I'm a criminal.
This company holds no accountability for potential errors on their part and will not even try to work with me. Instead their customer service just rudely ends the conversation asking if there was anything else they could help me with.

These *** cashed my checks and they were completely legitimate and I had MORE than enough in my bank account. Till I get slammed with overdraft fees and I replace the money: then Ingo mails me a letter that I must pay $150 to them immediately for collections.
What?! I'm sorry, my checks totaled out to 110 dollars. There is a 20 dollar fee for each bad check.
Ontop of that, I have been banned from their service, I am now in serious debt, and my linked bank account was locked up with no way to get any help from an employee. Unbelievable.
You might want to report your complaint to the Better Business Bureau. They seem to respond to customer complaints made there. Good Luck!
